Since 1995, Quick Response has provided fast and thorough disaster
recovery and restoration services to residential, commercial and
institutional clients. While most of our work is within the Capital
District, we travel wherever customers need our services. As a family-owned

Quick Response maintains a large fleet of trucks and state-of-the-art
equipment, including ozone machines, ultrasonic machines, and thermal
foggers. We make sure our professionals are certified in the latest
techniques, such as mold remediation, to keep pace with customer
needs. Our expert staff is on call around the clock so that Quick
Response technicians can be on-site immediately after a disaster
occurs.
The
two-story heated storage facility at our 15,000 square-foot main
office accommodates "pack outs" when the contents of a
building must be taken off-site for detailed cleaning or to facilitate
restoration work at the damaged structure. Possessions in the storage
area are protected by our 24-hour surveillance cameras and security
system.
